Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Teksutra we prioritise customer satisfaction through a structured cancellation and refund policy. Work is organised into milestone-based phases so that expectations stay clear at every stage of an engagement.

Project initiation

All projects begin with a complete discovery and analysis phase and the creation of a scope-of-work document. This ensures mutual understanding and helps prevent disputes before work starts.

Completed work

Refunds are unavailable for work already finished, as time has been invested in each milestone and module.

Mutual termination

If both parties agree to end a project, the client retains all completed work. Future development payments are forfeited, and no previous deposits are refunded.

Design approval threshold

No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase.

Mid-milestone cancellations

Partial refunds cannot be issued when projects are cancelled during a milestone phase.

Promotional services

Special-occasion offers cannot be cancelled, as these are limited-time promotions.

Marketing packages

SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable but may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

Abandoned projects

We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
