How Teksutra collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

What personal data do we collect?

When ordering or registering on our site or app, emailing with us, or talking to us over the phone, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, payment information, or other details to help you with your experience or to complete a transaction with us.

Collecting personally identifiable information

We may collect, store, and use the following kinds of personal information:

  • Information you provide when you register with our website, products/services and/or applications — including first name, last name, email address, physical address(es), telephone number(s), company name, website URL(s), job title, years in business, company social profiles, product interest, marketing budget, industry, department and number of employees.
  • Information about your visits to and use of the website, products/services and/or applications — including the timing, length, frequency and pattern of use, and the pages or screens viewed.
  • Information you provide to our client services representatives for publication on the internet, including name, email address, physical address(es), telephone number(s), company name, company history, employee history or biographies, website URL(s) and/or images.

Disclosing personally identifiable information to third parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Teksutra will not sell your email address or other personal information to any third parties. We may disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to the following third parties, for the purposes specified:

  • Agents. We use a third-party payment processor. If you sign up for our products/services we will share your first name, last name, physical address and card information with the payment processing agent, solely to make the recurring payments necessary to retain your services.
  • Service providers. We use third parties for online publishing, business citation management, website hosting, customer relationship management, marketing analytics and keyword research. We share information about your business and industry only to the extent necessary for them to provide those services.
  • Other third parties. If you sign up for our services, we disclose information about your business to search engines in order to deliver those services. Once shared, that information is subject to their terms of use.
  • Other disclosures. We may disclose personally identifiable information when required to do so by law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

We store your data in a secure database provided by third-party vendors and hosting partners equipped with the hardware, software and storage needed to perform the services you request.

We take appropriate physical, electronic and other security measures to help safeguard personal information from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Do we use cookies?

We use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users of our websites and apps, including when you browse third-party websites. This helps us provide a good experience — for example remembering your login details — and lets us show more relevant advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some of our services may not work if you do.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may modify this privacy policy at any time. If we do, we will post the revised version here, so please check back periodically. Changes are not applied retroactively and will not alter how we handle personally identifiable information previously collected from you.
